Full Time Place Available from Sept 2010

Due to an incredible amount of shuffling about we are now in a position to offer 2 full time places from September 2010.

These places are bound to go quickly so please get in touch as soon as you can if you would like one for your little angel.

Part time places are avaialable on Monday, Tuesday and Friday.

Summer Holiday Club....

.... is booking up rather fast, on a couple of days we only have one space left all so if you need a particular day over the summer please get in touch as soon as you have a moment.

Nat has organised all sorts of lovely things to do including a workshops at Lakeside and trips to Watermeadows, the Sea Life Centre and Twin Lakes to compliment the usual mix of making and baking, lounging about in the garden and jumping about in the pod.

There is a lot going on in Nottingham over the summer like the very popular "Life's a Beach" in Market Square, we plan to take full advantage of all the things our cosmopolitan city has to offer.

Super dooper new climbing frame

Timberline have done a fantastic job of installing our new climbing frame, replacing the one they installed 10 years ago with a swanky new model featuring a mini climbing wall and a enclosed tunnel as well as a fireman's pole and slide.
We have some swings on order for the other end of the garden and are excited about giving it a try as soon as the foundations have set!

Availability...or the lack of

We are full at Hillside House in Lenton and can offer no more places until August 2011, unless you would like a Friday afternoon. This is thanks in part to lots of families having their second or third child and partly because we're gorgeous.

You are still more than welcome to come and look at our setting and make a booking for the future but if your need is pressing perhaps you would like to consider our second site Springfield House, which is just off Hucknall Lane. Angela will be more than happy to show you round, please give her a call on 0115 9519915.

And Baby Makes Three Ante Natal Classes at Angels by Day

Jenni White is a practicing midwife with 12 years experience of bringing little people into the world and 7 years teaching ante natal classes for the NHS. Jenni's children came to Angels by Day when they were little and now Jenni is running her own business - And Baby Makes Three.

Jenni feels that it is essential that women and their partners have access to a comprehensive course, supporting mums and dads to be.

The 8 hour course covers all aspects of labour, birth and caring for a new baby in the first few weeks of life. It is offered at the very reasonable rate of £80 per couple. If it is prefered you may choose to attend with your mum or a close friend.

Courses are held in the pod in the garden, taking place over a weekend, the next courses are:-

Places and Availability

Our site in Lenton, just off Derby Road, is incredibly busy, which we like to think is because we are good at what we do and our clients are fantastic at recomending us to their friends and family.
If you are thinking about a baby place you really do need to plan in advance and come and see us sooner rather than later. If you decide that we are the nursery for you then we will reserve you a place once you have made a booking and paid your deposit.
